ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C. @ 498(A), 306 of IPC in Crime No.1438 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the marriage was performed between the petitioner and the deceased on 02.09.2019. It is the further case of the prosecution that the petitioner is said to have abused his wife and suspected her fidelity. Due to which, she committed suicide. Hence, the complaint was registered. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has no way connected with the alleged offence as prosecuted by the respondent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case has been registered under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C. So far, the Section was not altered into any offence falling under IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
