Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2019 and further direct the respondents forbearing them making any additional constructions for flower vending in the open space situate in the Eastern Side of the Flower Market abutting Nesapakkam Road in KWMC, Koyambedu, Chennai 600 092.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.09.2019 submitted by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner submitted a representation in the year 2019. After a period of six years, the representation submitted

by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on a fresh cause of action.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
