2. The learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Sendurai, has sent a letter to the Registry vide D.No.2210/2024 dated 21.11.2024 seeking extension of time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.59 of 2021.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the above letter and time is extended for a further period of one month from today.
