ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been preferred challenging the judgement passed in C.A.No.17 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, dated 16.11.2015, confirming the judgement passed in C.C.No.159 of 2011 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore dated 30.01.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the State submitted that the petitioner who is the accused before the lower Court died on 23.04.2021. He has also furnished a copy of the death certificate to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case stands disposed of as abated.
