JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that there is no instruction forthcoming from the appellants and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Accordingly, the second appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to file an application for restoration, if they so required.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
