ORDER

Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records in C.C.No.493 of 2001, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.It is seen that all the witnesses have been examined except L.W.3. Therefore, at this stage, it will not be proper for this Court to interfere under Section 482 Cr.P.C. unmindful of the evidence that has been adduced before the Trial Court.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the Trial Court to complete the trial expeditiously, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall co-operate with the Trial Court in completing the trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
