(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The above miscellaneous petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu seeking interim parole for three days to the detenu Ajith Kumar S/o. Balaji, aged about 25 years confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, to attend his father's funeral as his father died due to heart attack on 12.03.2020 at 1a.m.

Mr.R. Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would confirm that the detenu's father passed away today morning. 3.
Considering the above fact, the detenu is granted interim parole for three days to enable him to attend his father's funeral and he shall be released from the prison at 6.00 P.M. on 12.03.2020 and he shall be brought 1\3
back to the prison at 5.00 P.M. on 15.03.2020 with police escort. 4.
The Jail Authorities, during the said period, shall provide proper escort to the detenu in order to ensure his safety and security. They shall also impose suitable conditions to that effect and the detenu shall also abide by the conditions to be imposed by the authorities concerned. 5.
