Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the vehicle has been re-possessed.

2.Learned Advocate Commissioner filed her report dated 19.04.2023, stating that she had executed the warrant and seized the vehicle and handedover the same to the applicant. Further, learned Advocate Commissioner seeks for additional remuneration. 3.In view of the above, the Advocate Commissioner is discharged and the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) to the Advocate Commissioner as additional remuneration within a period of two weeks from this order. 4.Post the matter on 12.06.2023.
