ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.
2. Heard Mr.Rahul Jagannathan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Hence, the respondent police are directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.
