NO. 6/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this HONBLE COURT tothe pettioner that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm for hte period of 30 days and thereafter daily at 10.30 am until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.GANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1344 of 2020 dated 24.01.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed for allowing this petition and submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only till 19.03.2020.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the condition after 19.03.2020, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
