This application has been filed to condone the delay of 526 days in filing the written statement by the applicants/defendants 4 to 8 and 13 in C.S.No.155 of 2022.

Considering the averments in the affidavit filed along with the application and in order to give fair opportunity to the applicants to defend their case, the delay is condoned and this application is Ordered on condition that applicants pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees ten thousand only] to the Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai on or before 05.04.2024.
