90957 of 2025 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J., AND K.RAJASEKAR.J., (Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.,) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 07.01.2025 in M.C.O.P.No.736 of 2018 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court (FTC), Kancheepuram.

2. Notice had been directed and Mr.K.Varadha Kamaraj, learned counsel is before this Court for Respondents 1 to 5.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition it had been stated that certified copy of the judgment had been misplaced in the office and thereafter, permission had to be obtained to file the appeal. 4.Taking note of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the appeal for admission along with C.M.A.No.1462 of 2025 in due course. Registry shall print the name of the counsel for Respondents 1 to 5 in the next listing.
