JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.) The instant intra-Court appeal has been filed by the appellant/writ petitioner against the order dated 12.10.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.29638 of 2017.

2. The appellant, being a tenant, unsuccessfully filed the said writ petition challenging the order of enhancement of rent, for the residential quarters allotted to her under the public quota, on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.118, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 04.07.2017 issued by the first respondent.

3. Now the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has fairly stated that the appellant has already vacated the quarters and therefore,

nothing survives for adjudication in the appeal.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. If there is any default in the payment of rent by the appellant, it is for the official respondents to proceed in the manner known to law.
