2. Mr.Vijaya Raman, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the Medical Counselling Committee/R2 states orally that the present position is that the petitioner has passed 4 rounds of counselling and is under consideration for the 5th round.

3. Let the needful be done in terms of passing seat allotment order, if she is so entitled, forthwith. The petitioner is permitted to communicate a copy of this order by e-mail/SMS for effective and timely implementation.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed as above. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
