The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the petition in H.M.O.P.150 of 2015 on the file of Sub-Ordinate Judge, at Tambaram 16.03.2015 For Petitioner : Mr.M.Saravana Kumar

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner herein has filed a petition in HMOP.No.150 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, in which the respondent herein filed counter statement. Subsequently, ex parte decree was passed in the above petition. Then, an application was filed to set aside

the ex parte decree, which was allowed on 16.02.2017. Now the matter has been adjourned from time to time, even though there is no applications are pending in the aforesaid petition. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the aforesaid HMOP within the time framed by this Court.

2. In view of the above facts and taking into consideration of the submissions of counsel, this court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Tambaram to dispose of the aforesaid petition in HMOP.No.150 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
