Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner representation dated 19.03.2018 with request not to remove pathway adjoining to the Sub-Centre of Primary Health Centre of the Petitioner's wet land Seerpanandhal Village in Re-survey Nos. 37/1 and 37/2 to an extent of 4.36 acres from the Thar Road of Seerpanandhal Village to Maniyendhal Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District.
