PRAYER: Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, against the judgment of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, V Fast Track Court at Chennai in C.A.No.123 of 2010 dated 09.02.2011 confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai convicting and sentencing him to undergo six months S.I and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- in default to undergo 3 months S.I in C.C.No.4872 of 2009, dated 14.07.2010.
