Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to allot one B.Tech course seat and admit the petitioner in B.Tech course for the Academic Year 2011-2012 either in State run Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry or in the Government quota allotted seats in Private Engineering College in the Union Territory of Puducherry under Scheduled Caste reservation origin quota.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the respondents to allot one seat and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

admit her in B.Tech course for the Academic Year 2011-2012 either in State run Pondicherry Engineering College or in the Government quota allotted in Private Engineering College in the Union Territory of Puducherry under Scheduled Caste reservation origin quota.

2.Heard both sides and perused the records.

3.This Court is of the view that since the relief sought for herein is related to the Academic Year 2011-2012, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.
