Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the 3rd respondent has got serious objections in allowing the above petition.

3.The 1st petitioner would aver that due to Pandemic COVID 19, there was a delay in filing the copy application. He would further aver that he was not aware of the Court proceedings, hence a delay of 985 days occurred in filing the above appeal in CMA.

SR.No.32229 of 2025.

4.In light of the above, this condone delay petition stands ordered. The petitioner is waived from paying the interest for the delay period of 985 days.

5.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.32229 of 2025 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
