ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both writ petitions seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions, he had also given a letter dated 24.04.2019 to withdraw the writ petitions, and he has made an endorsement to the following effect:

"May be permitted to withdraw the writ petitions W.P.No.9190 & 9191 of 2012".

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
