ORDER
The writ petition has been field seeking to quash the impugned transfer order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.10953/2014/PaE2, dated 17.02.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned transfer order passed by the 1st respondent by raising various grounds. In the meantime, the petitioner was placed under suspension.
3. Therefore, in view of the subsequent development taken place, this Court will not go into the adjudication of the 1st respondent's impugned suspension order on administrative grounds.
4. In view of the aforesaid reasons and recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
