2. The detenue, Pavithra, has been secured and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ariyalur, on 02.07.2018.
3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the custody of the detenue has been handed over to the petitioner herein. The order passed by the learned Magistrate has been produced. According to the order passed by the learned Magistrate, the victim girl has been produced before him, on 02.07.2018.

4. Recording that there is no complaint against the Police and after going through the documents, the Court below has recorded the view that the victim girl is major and she is set at liberty.
