It is seen that the publication has been effected on 05.12.2021 and the newspaper in which the publication was effected has also been filed along with the affidavit of proof of service.

2.There is no representation for the respondent/defendant either in person or through counsel and respondent/defendant is called absent and set ex-parte in these applications. The order of interim injunction already granted by this Court in O.A.Nos.208 to 220 of 2021 is made absolute and all these applications are disposed of accordingly.
