(CR NO.431 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para No.6 (c) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.25089 of 2021, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.00 am until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.25089 of 2021 dated 21.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
