ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the earlier order dated 10.06.2022, the petitioner has complied with all the requirements of the respondents and vide 2 letters dated 05.07.2022, the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University have granted Provisional Affiliation for the Academic year 2021-22 in respect of the following courses:- (a) B.Sc Accident and Emergency Care Technology; (b) B.Sc Dialysis Technology and (c) B.Sc Radiography & Imaging Technology, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays the requisite security deposit as demanded by the respondents.

2. Since the Provisional Affiliation has already been granted for the aforementioned courses, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has been achieved by the petitioner.

3. After the recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the letters dated 05.07.2022 issued by the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, granting Provisional Affiliation for the aforementioned courses, this Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner seeks for any other relief, they are granted liberty to do so in the manner know to them under law. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing WMP.No.16580 of 2022 in WP.No.9309 of 2022, filed seeking for amendment of the writ prayer.
