This petition is filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo giving up the first respondent, which according to him is not a necessary party or a contesting party.

The said memo is taken on record.

In view of the same, the first respondent is removed from the array of parties.

None appears for the second respondent though already having been served.

The delay is only 47 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 47 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
