ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the uncle of the detenu herein, viz., A.Chidambaranathan, aged 35 years, has filed this petition seeking production of his son-in-law.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the status report dated 19.01.2018 filed by the second respondent.

4. The Status report discloses the earnest efforts are on to trace the missing person.

5. In the circumstance, this Court would close the present Habeas Corpus Petition with a direction to respondents police to continue their efforts towards tracing the missing person.
