2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint made to the Sub Collector-cum- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Pollachi has been withdrawn. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
