(CRIME NO.329/2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Friday without fail and appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1634 of 2022 order dated 27.01.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1634 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the anticipatory bail is relaxed in toto.
