NDW COMMON ORDER The petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to return back, the petitioners pledged Jewel on repayment of the entire loan amount along with interest to the petitioners.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that they have pledged the jewels with the respondents bank. The petitioners approached the respondent bank on several occasions, expressing their readiness and willingness to discharge the entire loan liability with interest and requested to return the jewels and the respondent have refused to release the jewels. Therefore, the petitioners made a separate representations dated 10.02.2026 and the same is not considered. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present writ petitions.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent, notice to them is dispensed with.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026 after receiving entire records within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
