ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Omalur, Salem District to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.57 of 2022 on its file, within the time limit to be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. 3.Pursuant to my order dated 03.06.2025, the learned Principal District Judge, Salem has forwarded her report dated 19.06.2025, seeks three

(3) months time to dispose of the said O.S. No.57 of 2022. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. In view of the above, the learned District Munsif, Omalur, Salem District is directed to dispose of O.S. No.57 of 2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
