MADHAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of Stay of the decree passed in C.S.No: 164 OF 2009 dated 02/03/2017 passed by the Honourable Judge of this Honourable Court (in CMP.2902/18) pending disposal of the above appeal 46/18.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.CHENCHURAMA REDDY Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.VASUTHA THIAGARAJAN Advocate on behalf of the respondent the court made the following order:- As per the earlier orders passed by this Court, a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- has been given by way of demand draft(DD) to the learned counsel for the respondent.

Since, the conditional order has been complied with, interim stay already granted is made absolute.
