Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, call for the entire records connected with the recruitment notification/advertisement dated 24.09.2015 called for by the second respondent and quash the same as far as it fixes the upper age limit of 32 years for the post if Sugar Can Assistant for backward caste candidates is concerned, consequently direct the respondents to provide relaxation of upper age limit to the petitioner as per 12(d) of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules. 1/4
