Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent relating to order dated 12.03.2021 issued by the 3rd respondent, relieving the petitioner from the post of Principal of the 3rd respondent College, Quash the same as Ultravires and illegal, and consequently direct the respondents herein, to reinstate the services of the petitioner in the post of Principal in the 3rd respondent College with all consequential attendant benefits along with the arrears in salary.
