The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer the case in I.D.O.P No.163 of 2018 from the file of Principal District Court, Thanjavur to Principal District Court, Thiruvallur.

2. When the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition was taken up for consideration on 11.04.2019, at request of both the parties, the matter was referred for mediation before Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the matter has been settled on terms through mediation and Memorandum of Compromise also filed before this Court. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part and parcel of records.
