By an order dated 28.11.2023, Hon'ble Mr.Justice G.Rajasuria, (Retd) Former Judge of Madras High Court since deceased was appointed as Arbitrator.

2. It is informed today that respondents 1 and 6 also dead.

3. Dispute has arisen between the parties under lease deed dated 10.05.2017 signed by the petitioner and the 2nd respondent represented by its Director.

4. Considering the same, orders passed by this Court on 28.11.2023 is modified by substituting the name of Arbitrator with The Hon'ble Mrs.Justice Chitra Venkataraman (Retd) Judge High Court Madras residing at Old.No.17-B New No.31, IV Main Road, R.A.Puram, Chennai - 600 028, Mobile No.9840990000 Land line No.04424355679 to enter upon reference to Arbitrate the dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent.

5. Considering the fact that the other respondents viz., 1, 3, 4, 5 & 6 were impleaded only in their capacity as the Directors of the 2nd respondent company, their names are directed to be deleted from the array of respondents.
