ORDER
Seeking a direction to the third respondent to publish the result for successful candidates, who attended the interview held on 27.11.2025 within a stipulated time, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. 2.
It is the case of the petitioner that the third respondent called for the applications for appointment of Assistant/Junior Assistant in Cooperative Institutions/Central Cooperative Bank in Erode District, pursuant to which, he applied for the same and attended the written test on 11.10.2025 and after qualifying the same, he attended the interview on 27.11.2025, but, till today, the third respondent has not published the list of selected candidates for the reasons best known to them. Therefore, he has made a written representation dated 16.02.2026 to the third respondent to publish the result. Since his representation has not been considered on the pretext of the writ petition in W.P.No.17071 of 2025 challenging the appointment of common cadre employees pending before this Court, he has filed the present petition. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court the order dated 12.08.2025 passed by the First Bench of this Court in W.P.No.17071 of 2025 and submitted that the First Bench of this Court has directed to continue the process of selection, but, stayed the issuance of appointment order.

Considering the fact that in the order dated 12.08.2025 passed by the First Bench of this Court in W.P.No.17071 of 2025. the First Bench of this Court has directed the process of selection to continue, but, stayed only the issuance of appointment order, this writ petition is allowed and the result of the interview shall be published within a period of one week from today. The results shall await the decision in W.P.No.17071 of 2025. No costs. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who is present before this Court, shall communicate the order to the authority concerned.
