Sharanya v. The District Collector
M.DHANDAPANI, J.
This matter is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in para 2 of the order dated 16.03.2023, inadvertently a typographical error has crept in wherein it is stated that, The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to award compensation for a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- for the petitioner's injuries and Rs.30,00,000/- for the death of her mother and mother in law, which requires to be modified.
3. After perusing the order dated 16.03.2023, more specifically, para-2, this Court is satisfied and, accordingly, para-2 of the order dated 16.03.2023, would stand substituted with the following paragraph:- "2. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to award compensation for a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- for the petitioner's injuries and Rs.30,00,000/- each for the death of her mother, mother in law, husband and brother in law, because of the leaked Bharat Gas cylinder blast in her home, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2023. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present petition has been filed."
