The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have taken a decision to demolish and reconstruct the building in accordance with the Building Plan Permission to be sanctioned by the Corporation. In this regard, a memorandum of understanding has been entered into between the parties to demolish the School building and reconstruct the same by obtaining fresh Building Plan Permission.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to act in accordance with the memorandum of undertaking submitted before this Court without causing any undue delay.
