O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners by the respondent of police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this Court has granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9002 of 2015 on 15.04.2015 and the conditions were also subsequently relaxed on 13.05.2015.

4. On a complaint given by one Subbiah, the petition enquiry is being conducted and the petitioner may be called for enquiry.

5. Under these circumstances, no blanket direction could be given as prayed for by this petitioner. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police, when they make enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police.

6. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against his arrest.

7. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
