This Court, by order dated 09.06.2017 in Crl.OP.No.6028 of 2017, directed the respondent to represent the charge sheet in Cr.No.734 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent has represented the charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri and hence, the order of this Court dated 09.06.2017 has been complied with by the respondent.

3.Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
