This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the Common Order and decreetal Order Dated 06.01.2026 made in I.A.No.8 of 2025 in O.S.No.165 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, at Kanchipuram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Pending miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
