Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the third respondent police to produce the petitioner's wife Smt.Mumtaj Begum aged 27 years before this Court from the custody of the fourth respondent herein and set her at liberty forthwith. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has returned back and the petitioner has also withdrawn the complaint.

3. In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
