This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the writ appeal.

vsi is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 04.07.2025. If the cost is paid on or before 04.07.2025, this petition stands allowed. If the cost is not paid on or before 04.07.2025, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
