This petition is filed praying to set aside the order dated 07/07/2011 passed in CRL MP.No.320/2011 in SC.No.241/2011 by the learned PRINCIPAL SUBORDINATE JUDGE, COIMBATORE, (ASSISTANT SESSIONS JUDGE,
COIMBATORE) dismissing the petition to recall the NBW issued against the petitioner on 06/06/2011.

Today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In the earlier occasion also viz., when the matter was posted on 28.04.2016, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that already NBW was executed on 12.04.2013 and now the case is posted for trial on 09.05.2016. Submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded.
