Respondent Contempt Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent herein for his willful and wanton disobedience of order made in Writ Petition No.40402 of 2016 dated 14.12.2016. For Petitioner :

ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in compliance of the liberty granted by this Court, the petitioner has filed a revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983, on 04.02.2017 and in spite of receipt and acknowledgment, no orders have been passed.

Per contra, Mrs.T.Girija, learned Government Advocate would submit that since the revision is not in the prescribed format, it is not been given disposal and submitted that the petitioner is at liberty to file the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ revision in prescribed format along with necessary fees and

after it is received it would be entertained and given disposal in accordance with law.

In the light of the said submission, this court grants liberty to the petitioner to file the revision in the prescribed format along with necessary fees within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and upon receipt of the same, the respondent shall entertain the revision if the papers are otherwise in order and give disposal in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within the further period of six weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

In the result, the contempt petition is closed with the above direction.
