This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case in respect of the complaint given by the petitioner on 15.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3 . The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 15.05.2015 to the third respondent police by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and give a copy of the complaint dated 15.05.2015 to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
