Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings No.13334/AO-1/2011, dated 05.11.2011 and consequential order passed by the respondent in his proceedings Letter No.13334/AO-1/2011, dated 13.03.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Regional Senior Manager with original seniority and all attendant benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the notice issued to the petitioner to give further instructions to proceed with the matter along with acknowledgment for having issued the said notice to the petitioner. He further submitted that despite notice issued the petitioner, he has not come forward to give further instructions to prosecute the Writ Petition.

2. The notice is taken on record. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
