ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners complaining non-compliance of the order dated 07.11.2016 passed by this Court in WP No. 38727 of 2016 by the respondents.

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order bearing reference Rc.No.165149/Rect.II(1)/2016 dated 13.06.2017 passed by the second respondent herein to show that the order dated 07.11.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents.

In the light of the order dated 13.06.2017 passed by the second respondent, no further order is necessary to be passed in this Contempt Petition. The contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
