Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 6th respondent to issue three phase supply of electricity to the petitioner industry without phase staggering based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2016. O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the 9th respondent to issue three phase supply of electricity to the petitioner industry without phase staggering based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2016.

2.The petitioner is an Engineering Graduate and he has obtained loan for running Poultry Farm. As the Poultry Farm set up by him requires three phase electricity service connection, he has also paid the requisite amount for getting three phase supply. But the Assistant Engineering ( Rural (O&M), TANGEDGO, Pappireddy, Dharmapuri District/the ninth respondent herein has orally informed the petitioner that they would provide the three phase electricity supply to his Poultry Farm. As they have not taken any requisite steps in this direction, after waiting for a long time, the petitioner has made a representation dated 15.12.2016 to the ninth respondent. As the petitioner is running Poultry Farm which requires three phase electricity supply and he has already having electricity shortage, he has come forward before this Court.

3.Mr.M.Varun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 9 sought two weeks time to consider the petitioner's representation.

4.This Court, keeping in mind that the petitioner is a Engineering Graduate who is running a Poultry Farm, directs the

ninth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
